How do I cancel or manage my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, find Arcana, and choose the option you need. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Open Arcana, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.

Does Arcana work offline?

Yes. All card data, lessons, and reading functionality work completely offline. An internet connection is only needed for optional account sync and subscription verification.

Can I export my journal and readings?

Yes. Go to Settings in the app to export your data. Your journal entries, readings, and personal notes are yours.

How do I delete my account and data?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This removes your account and all associated data from our servers. Local data is removed when you uninstall the app.

I'm having trouble with the breathing ritual.

The breathing exercise before readings is completely optional — you can skip it at any time. If you experience any discomfort, the pace can be adjusted in Settings, or you can disable it entirely.
